non-issue Forum Polls

There doesn't seem to be a way to delete polls. I usually delete them from the Anthology threads because they're no longer of value and we've decided against polls where possible anyway. They seem to be to attached to the first post in the new forum software. I can edit but not change. Like the poll here: https://forum.step-project.com/topic/2655-pondfish-and-salmon-replacer-by-nexus79 I've closed it for now.

Once you open up the poll (or alternatively the first post ... "Use Full Editor") there is a little link in the top right column, "Manage Topic Poll". If you delete the question (big red 'X' at right of question), you will effectively delete the poll.

Ah, okay. Might need to copy to this to the Moderator Help forum. That's a round about why to delete a poll. Perhaps a "delete" button for poll deletion as a feature for Moderators and above would be a good choice as future content.
