BOSS is set to open the log file with your default internet browser, which on your system is a 64bit version of Internet Explorer. Mod Organizer cannot hook 64bit processes, so it throws this error. It is harmless, but it may mean you may not see the log upon BOSS run.

Is there a way to use a 32 bit browser just so I can get rid of the warning. If log you mean the pages with summary, recognized, and so on that page works fine.

It will use your default browser so you'd have to switch to a 32 bit one.
