This is an essential mod for me. Has lots of options, but is an overhaul of the walk and run animations. Notably it can fix problems with clipping when wearing cloaks, allow you to run backwards, swim realistically, and many other things.

Also, description says ONLY IF YOU CHOOSE BBP OPTION, YOU NEED XPMS, FNIS' "SKELETON Arm Fix" PATCH

AND PROPER BODY/ARMOR/CLOTH MESHES, but there's no such patch anywhere (unless it's part of either of the mods main files)

BBP would not be used in STEP. XPMS is XP32 max skeleton mod, and FNIS Skeleton Arm fix patch is in FNIS.

I wish people used full mods names on Nexus, because not everyone has been playing for two years and knows all the abbreviations.

Don't no what BBP stands for, but basically, it makes female breasts bounce...

BBP is basically bouncing (female) breasts. (I think it originally stood for butt and breast physics but the butt part was dropped a while ago - that now appears in TBBP if I understand correctly.)

I use it simply so my feet don't clip through capes. As a Frostfall/Cloaks/Winter is Coming user, it's pretty huge imo.

I think that is the main reason why people use this mod. Still waiting for a solution for clipping between caps and backpacks tho.
