CTD when I die

Hi.

 

I have this really bad problem. Whenever I die I get CTD when the game loads the last savegame. Even if I try to load the savegame myself though menu I get CTD.

 

All my mods are cleaned, I have the last memory patch, Boss order, Bashed Patch and optimizations.

If I dont die all is good.

 

How can I solve it?
