CTD When Loading Saves

So just recently (3 nights or so ago) it became almost impossible for me to load save games from the main menu. The game will instantly CTD at the point where im assuming the loading screen would end normally. I have no idea what happened since i was happily playing, quit to go get dinner, ate, came back and couldnt load any of my games. This includes a brand new game I made specifically to test when I could not load my character normally. I say almost impossible because if I try 7 or 8 times in a row it will start working.

 

Its important to note that if I load into the testing hall first from the main menu and *then* load my games they all work 100% of the time. Literally nothing i am aware of had changed between the time it was working fine and the time it started acting up. Today I installed SSME an Stable uGrids mods and neither seem to have helped or hindered my install so far.

 

things that did change -

About a week ago I uninstalled frostfall following the instructions for un-install on the mod page. 2 of the 3 games that I currently have have never even seen this mod though, so I doubt its relevant.

I run stock uGrids (5). Id really like to not reinstall but i feel its the really viable option here, just looking for some input before i do. thanks!:)

GTX770 SC ACX 2gb - factory clocks, cant get this piece of crap to OC at all or im just too used to the % OC's on my older cards.

Load order, BOSS sorted with some manual placement of unrecognized plugins. I think this install was a product of a STEP (baseline) 2.2.6 or 2.2.5 i dont remember. Most everything is installed via Wrye bash, I used NMM for character orietnted things (XCE etc.).
