Requiem Shrine Bonus Question

In requiem you lose access to the shrines. Is there any way to clear you crimes?  

Shrines now only grant bonuses if you do not have committed any crime during your adventure in Skyrim - for criminals aren't favored by the divines! Also, the duration of the blessing has been increased greatly.

There is, but it's neither easy, nor does it restore you to full "purity".
