CTD After a while and Textures Pink

I have 2 problems that are driving me crazy for 2 years , I have Skyrim smoothly without any mod installed , only SkyIU .

Then after a while, about 20-30 minutes of play , the game CTD me for no reason of error , I've done everything they said on the net, everything, and I do not know where to turn .

Can anyone help me ? (Below I will lay the requirements of my system )

 

My second problem is the Textures Rose, I do not know why as I said above I have no mods installed , always after a bit of play, so around 30-40 minutes into the game , it happens.

What is the cause ?

 

The system requirements that I have, I do not remember right now ( because I'm a PC to a friend of mine ) so now I put them generic , when returning home after more specific .

Have you tried deleting your HRDLC .esp and .bsa and then having Steam verify you install to redownload them?
