Intel Core I7-4700MQ-2.4 Ghz(gets boosted to 3.0) when playing games,
8 GB DDR3 RAM,
NVIDIA GT755m GDDR5 2GB,
1 TB HDD 5400 RPM.
So I just want to point out I'm playing below the "optimized"(geforce experience) settings for Skyrim. In vanilla version, whenever I looked down or up and in some areas the fps would drop like crazy! Then I installed 64Hz Fix, and it worked, but now, it won't work, and it's still enabled! This is very annoying considering I had a stable game a few hours ago..... Anyway I'm reinstalling, in the meantime, can someone tell me why this would happen?
