Aiyen Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 Oh well might as well do it myself before someone beats me too it! BEHOLD! The complete weather patch for CoT. Now with 101% less bugs, and 102% easier to configure your post processing shaders for! Combines the work of prod80´s super epic fog weathers, with my silly goal of making CoT easier to configure an ENB for! Also we fixed a truck load of bugs with the CoT weathers, that JJC71 never got around to! Instead of many different daytime gradients you now have a few... so if you make one weather look epic then there is a higher chance they all will! Also as an added bonus we have included the great work of Saerileth if you are having issues with snow blooming your eye sockets out using your favorite post process mod. (This depends on texture used and post process used.) Also yes it can be used without ENB, but wont (in my opinion) look as good as CoT original since it was designed around the vanilla color correction etc. this was designed primarily to be used with ENB, SweetFX etc. Enjoy, and ask away and I will try to answer!Â
Neovalen Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 Damn you Aiyen. Now I have to give CoT another shot... :P
phazer11 Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 Finally. I'm sure you and prod did an awesome job(especially from the in testing screenshots you showed me). Looking forward to it after I do my DDSOpt video.
DoYouEvenModBro Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 This includes the Snow Patch as well, right? Is there any way that you could make a wizard for this? I have no idea what the different options do and there is no readme.Â
Aiyen Posted December 10, 2013 Author Posted December 10, 2013 Say what... The FOMOD installer contains instructions about what each optional does. It is essentially BASE MOD Optionals. Each divided into its own box. The load order is put on the description page as well so as long as your end result looks like that then you are good to go! And yes there are three different variations of the snow patch included so depending on which texture you use then try out a different one. The percentage relates to how much darker it gets. So 40% for really bright textures and ENB presets. Which you should use is up to you. if you want to quick test ingame then just go to some place with winter and type fw xxx58140 Where xxx is determined from where in your load order the mod is placed. Hope that helps.
DoYouEvenModBro Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 Ok. Yea, you're right. Sorry, I should have just read the description page more carefully. HQ snow textures by Erik would use the 10% right? I think it's a darker texture.
Aiyen Posted December 10, 2013 Author Posted December 10, 2013 Got no idea! :) It is one of those try it yourself kinda deals! We cannot even provide comparison shots for them since they depend on post processing methods used, and texture... the possible combinations there are staggering! We decided to get the snow patch author in on it as well since it is just silly to have many multiple patches, when they can all be combined into one page!
DoYouEvenModBro Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 Yea. Well awesome work. Great job to all who worked on this. Definitely looks great.

Smile44 Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 Edit: mis-read above post. Anyway I use HQ Snow and am trying the 10% version and this is recommended in the weather pack. :)

rootsrat Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 Damn you Aiyen. Now I have to give CoT another shot... :P I would do tbh, Neo. It looks amazing + Aiyen's Skylight ENB, it's the best Skyrim experience I've had, to be honest! No bias, it's a purely objective opinion.
Aiyen Posted December 11, 2013 Author Posted December 11, 2013 Well since you practically gave me the art direction.... then you are a little biased :P
Lonewolf Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 The xxx in fw xxx58140 is the load order of the climates of tamriel esm rigth? And I'm not sure, but is the Skyrim particle patch for enb included in the enb version of this mod?
