Warped/Skewed textures on Whiterun ledges/walls

I can see the texture seam in the first shot, but what's wrong with the other ones?

 

Remove aMidianBorn Whiterun I would suggest anyway.

Enlarge the second 2 shots. You can see that the bricks/stones on the wall/ledge are warped. The edges are squiggly. You can see this very clearly on the 3rd screenshot.
