Messed up Textures on Solstheim

I found an area with messed up textures. My guess is it comes from Realistic Texture Overhaul for Dragonborn (https://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/42348/?tab=1&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D42348%26preview%3D&pUp=1) although the mod author claims that it isn't his mod's fault. I've marked the location on a screenshot of my map as well as a picture of the issue. Let me know if you have any ideas!!

For anyone who uses this mod, can you check if the problem exists for you? I have marked the location in the Imgur link. It is the second image.

 

When I get home today, I will test it with ENB off to rule out ENB as an issue although I do not think it is.

I have had a look at that area and it doesn't look like yours. I am using a full STEP Extended plus this mod and it looks great - so it must be your ENB or something else that is causing the problem. You might try looking for conflicts or re installing the mod.
