Need help with Papyrus Log brand new game

I have just started crashing today, I have got all my mods installed and such. Had no problems and not crashed at all just days ago. I am playing for the first time through skyrim. So now I am crashing when entering Helgen Keep for the first time at the beginning of the game. It has happened 3 times now. The only changes I made in Wyre Bash today was updating to the new version of SMIM and Lanterns of Skyrim. Can anyone help me decipher the attached papyrus log and tell me what it could be? I have a full STEP install plus an additional 50 or so mods. But it was fine just for the past 3-4 days. Just today it started crashing in the beginning. Thanks for any help.

You weren't using the papyrus .ini tweaks before you tried determining the problem were you?

which Papyrus tweaks?

The ones enabling the logs.

Yes I did, thats why they are attached in the zip file. I am hoping someone can help me out.

Well running those Papyrus log settings when you aren't having problems will cause problems. Those tweaks further increase the load on the skyrim engine and the game's engine isn't very robust to begin with. Unless you are experiencing a repeatable crash, freeze or ILS then leave the papyrus settings off.
