Logically yes. More mods means more required memory at the end of the day.

Even script based mods require a small bit of memory to function. But it still pales in comparison to the huge amounts required by textures.

 

As for how much more then that is a tricky question!

Since the monitored values are not super accurate when determining how much the game is actually using. Also the values vary depending on how much system memory you have.

 

But just the nature of the mods in question makes any comparison extremely tricky. They all depend on what you are doing ingame. And since the two installs vary then the only thing you can say for sure is that the more complex one naturally will require more since it can have more things going on.
