Mammoth Faction conflicts - assistance required

Hi guys. More experienced modders out there, need some help. See the below image. Is creating a patch safe? So that it contains all 5 records. Or would it mess up some, I don't know (just guessing), AI?

 

I am not familiar with faction mechanics...

There is actually a patch! Just open the first spoiler and scroll down to the bottom. You just have to add the Immersive events part to the patch as well.
