Water is completely clear?!?!

Question

Ive just finished spending 3 days going through Skyrim Revisited.

 

Obv im running the game via Mod Organizer.

 

When i go underwater everything is completely clear!!

 

Im using SKYrealism ENB and im using the particle fix from MindFlux. Ive tried taking W.A.T.E.R. off, taking the enb out, taking the particle fix off. and all manner of things....am i doing something retarded here???

When you grabbed the particle fix did you make sure to grab the additional file for Water as well?

I did, i even went back and downloaded it all again just to be sure. got it loading as a seperate file at the bottom of my MO load order
