MO2 not starting 3rd party tools

I'm having trouble running DynDDOLOD & xLODGen through Mod Organizer 2. Every time I would try to run either xLODGen64,DynDDOLOD64 or Texgen64, the popup in MO2 for when the program is running shows up for a second and then disappears without the programs running. When I try to run  the programs outside of MO2, they load with no problem. I tried renameing xlodgen to sselodgen and downgrading mo2 to a previous version and nothings working

It seems you have a problem with MO2 not being able to start certain programs. You should be asking for help on the support forum or discord for MO2.

You probably want to enable the debug log in MO2 to have more detail.

Could be a UAV or maybe Anti vir issues. You may want to reboot, especially after updates to clear up some file access issues.

It is unclear if other tools like xEdit or the game can be started from MO2.

First, please upload all relevant logs as described in the OPs and parent forum Guidelines. It helps to delete all previous logs and retry all launches via MO to generate smaller, fresh ones.

Don't rename the executables, and don't downgrade MO2. Those are not the issues. My own working examples (lattest MO2 and software):

I suspect Windows Security is the problem, since you get the warning when launching outside of MO but no opportunity to bypass when run through MO. Disable Microsoft Defender and reboot to test:
