BOSS Userlist Manager: Redundant Rule question

Just ran this and a Redundant Rule appears, with NonEssentialChilds appearing in the Userlist Rule and Masterlist Definition for NonEssentialChildren.esp.

 

I am not sure why though b/c I have Dawnguard loaded and active.  I do not have Hearthfire loaded or installed.

 

Here's the error/warning text:

 

IF CHECKSUM "NONESSENTIALCHILDREN.ESP", BAE841D8 && IFNOT VAR(Hearthfire) %% IF VAR(EN) ERROR: Hearthfire.esm is not present or is not active. Skyrim will CTD when loading if using this file without Dawngaurd (Official Bethesda DLC).

 

 

The option is either to Remove Rule or Change to Override. 

Which should I choose?

 

In BOSS I only have NonEssentialChlidren.esp checking in the Esp/m Filter column. I don't see any Hearthfire components to the mod.

 

I downloaded the vanilla version of the mod, not the Hearthfire version. And as far as I can tell, I have no .esp file names NonEssentialChilds, just NonEssentialChildren.
