My mod list doesn't match STEP 3

Should I worry about this, or just start modding? I own the anniversy upgrade, and I ran LOOT again.

It looks like you have scrolled down a bit in the right pane, so Skyrim.esm, Update.esm, and Dawnguard.esm aren't visible, but everything here looks correct to me. The order of the vanilla masters in the left pane is arbitrary, and you can change priority there using drag/drop or setting Priority # if you want, but it doesn't matter. As long as you sort with LOOT, things in the Plugins pane at right will remain correct.

Keep them, because they are required by the guide. In the image you posted previously, you showed #6 as Creation Club Plugins, so that's the 74 CC masters you showed in your load order. We just don't list them all, because it's a waste of space to do so.

Gotcha, thank you for the quick replies! I forgot to hit send on this part a couple of days ago my apologies.

Two more things.... while Precaching Grass will the menu options show up or will it spin at the bottom right the whole time?

 

 

and is there a reason why my numbers don't add up to the preview despite following the guide?

These are my specs. I have MO2+skyrim and all the tools on the same nvme SSD.

When i precache the grass a window with some information is shown i think. Just let it run. For me it takes over one hour.

The left panel priority numbers can look a bit different from user to user depending how they set up separators and such. Look for example at my left panel below.

Where would that window with some information be, within MO2? The only window mine shows doesn't seem to show any information, although there is quick small window when i first start the Cache that disappears before SKSE64 opens and just has a spinning wheel at the bottom right for over an hour. 

While I leave it open for over an hour nothing happens other than spinning at the bottom right. No options to play come up, and I cannot open console and do 'qqq' to close(i haven't been able to at any point is asked, I've had to close in other ways).

edit: Also my 4 Vanilla masters don't show up above the Creation Club Anniversary Edition stuff, should I drag them to be above those like yours?

When i start grass cache the game starts, and a window apears that say something like.. grass is caching, it will take some time and that the game might close down and start over again during the process.

Your MO2 is locked as it should when running a tool troough it.

Also, when the game is running during grass caching i can press tide and see the process in the console.

On top it should be the three DLC masters (flaged redundant since we have cleaned thenm)

After all the Creation Club content.

Next the cleand vanilla DLC-masters.

and my left mod list seems to look the same, although different names:

(the console doesn't show anything about Precache Grass or any errors, and I open through SKSE)

 

and I do go through tools>>tools plugin>>precache grass

Are you 100% sure you followeed the setup and the execution of grass generation exactly? (generating takes time but it normaly works, just be patient)

Executing...

(your left panel in MO2 looks just fine)
