Getting error DynDOLOD requires PapyrusUtil

Hey,

So i installed Dyndolod, generated everything and now its giving me the error "DynDOLOD required PapyrusUtil".

its my first time with the tool and this is what i did.

I downloaded the tool and then Scripts and DLL for steam 1.6.1170 from here: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/57264?tab=files
Then when i actually got to generating the dyndolod.exe not texgen, it gave me a error for DLL mismatch.
which makes no sense as i got the latest skyrim SE version and the correct DLL from the link.

Also because im a dummy i followed this:
