desperate for crash fix

im at a complete loss, I have found no solutions and I am desperate for a fix for this type of crash. my skyrim playthrough goes fine until several hours in and all of a sudden i am unable to fast travel. I open the map, and when I click on a fast travel location icon my came CTD. Here is my crash log. let me know what ya'll think
