micro stuttering when dyndolod is enabled

ad1772

Question

My mod list -

https://modwat.ch/u/kenecwo17

Pc specs - 2080ti +ryzen 3700x + 32gb ram at 3200mhz +1tb sata ssd

game stutters for a split second every few mins, when dyndolod is enabled, doesn't happen inside, only in the open world, I've tried medium and even low settings but that didn't help at all, I've tried disabling vsync but that did nothing, also tried running the enb upscaler but that didn't help either

See https://dyndolod.info/Official-DynDOLOD-Support-Forum what logs (including the papyrus log) to upload when making posts.

The modwatch does not contain a load order of mods.

Create and test with default INIs.

This is not the papyrus  log as explained by https://dyndolod.info/Official-DynDOLOD-Support-Forum#Post-Logs but the PapyrusUtil log.

Doublecheck the posted INIs are the ones from the profile used in MO2.

Does the problem happen when standing still and not moving around? Might is be just the game engine load assets nearby?
Check main memory and graphics memory usage with Skyrim Peformance monitor for example.
Does the problem happen when deactivating the DynDOLOD.esp, if no change , does it happen when DynDOLOD.esm is disabled as well?

Did you make this load order yourself? Stuff that most likely won't affect performance directly but stability and visual consistency:

There are mods overwriting TexGen and DynDOLOD output. Nothing should overwrite generated output as explained https://dyndolod.info/Generation-Instructions
In particular Lods for Mushroom Trees 512x512 and Tel Mithryn LODs 512.

As explained at https://dyndolod.info/Installation-Instructions only LOD resources that specifically instruct to overwrite DynDOLOD Resources SE 3 should do so. Remove the inferior  LOD models from Customized Object Lod For Unslaad SE.

Make sure the Majestic Mountains LOD pack is actually the version for DynDOLOD 3 and not the old version for DynDOLOD 2. https://dyndolod.info/Mods/Majestic-Mountains

Clean all plugins that have deleted reference. https://dyndolod.info/Messages/Deleted-Reference

Generate TexGen for the load order. There are outdated billboards.

papyrus doesnt seem to generate a log?ive turned on papyrus logging but its not generating a log file

does not happen when standing still, only happens when moving around, disabling dyndolod.esp seems to make it less frequent, disabling the .esm file does nothing.

i did not make this load order, i followed a guide, tho I changed the tree and grass mods, I'm using the v 3.0 lod pack for majestic mountains

Edit the correct INIs file for the current profile through MO2, Tools, Tool Plugins, INI editor. If there is a SkyrimCustom.ini it takes precedence of Skryim.ini
Doublecheck those are the same INIs uploaded to modwatch.

What is the total file size of the DynDOLOD output folder Meshes\Terrain\Tamriel\Objects\*.bto ?

Check main memory and graphics memory usage with Skyrim Performance monitor for example.

Did that guide really instruct to overwrite TexGen/DynDOLOD output?

size of the folder is 1.79 gb

ram and vram usage seems fine, at most it uses 10 gb of vram only around falkreath

the guide did say to overwrite texgen output, dyndolodoutput is not being overwritten

The guide is wrong. Makes one wonder what else the guide got wrong. Read and follow the official DynDOLOD documentation.

What would be the physical amount of VRAM of the graphics card? I suggest monitor things with Skyrim Performance Monitor over time for a better idea might be happening. It might just have to load lots of data from disk at those times.

Upload the papyrus log. Report that the MO2 profile INIs are actually the INIs from the modwatch.
Generate TexGen for the load order. Generate LOD with standard tree LOD. Test things in game to see if anything is different (again also test without DynDOLOD.esp).
Report results. Upload the DynDOLOD log and debug log and ..\DynDOLOD\Logs\LODGen_SSE_Tamriel_log.txt from that generation.

Make sure to set all 3 papyrus logging settings to 1. Upload the log.

Also do and report all the other suggestions.

The video is set to private.

How did you check VRAM usage? The OS and other programs are using VRAM too.
You may want to also test with smaller texture resolution versions for mods that have 8k textures.
