Objects disappearing and reappearing

Apologies if I am not the best here. I haven't ever used a forum like this.

I've been getting back into Skyrim Modded lately and have built a extensive Mod List. While not fully done. (I was working patches, incompatibilities, ect) I was mainly looking at Capital Windhelm and city entrances windhelm with the proper patch

While working on this late at night I decided to install DynDOLOG, follow it's process and Gamer Poets Guide However It was revealed that in City Entrances has conflicts with DynDOLOG as some have reported in the posts and bugs section (and yes I did follow the guides posted there, didn't work)

The Issue resulted in these images https://imgur.com/a/0cx3vnt This also caused pretty much the same issues at Falkreath, and I would presume other holds if I went to them. So I chose ultimately I can do without DynDOLOG. So i initially followed this official guide for uninstall. Started new game (Used Alternate Life) started at Windhelm, tested and it remained. So I then went to the Official Manuals Guide

followed them to the T. Loaded in new game. Didn't work. I made sure I checked everything, and went on a mass hunt of any traces of DynDOLOG on the Computer. No matter what now. This issue remains and I'm pretty much stumped.

This issue did not exist before installing DynLOGOG. And I did not install new mods during/after. So it can't be a mod issue to my knowledge.

Describe what the "issues" are which we are supposed to see  in the screenshots.

The linked Gamer Poets video is for DynDOLOD 3 Alpha. Does that mean you used the latest DynDOLOD 3 Alpha or did you use a different version?

If the DynDOLOD Resources SE, the DynDOLOD DLL, the TexGen output and the DynDOLOD output are removed from the load order, then they can not cause whatever "issues" you believed they are causing. Especially when testing with a new game. It means you successfully ruled out DynDOLOD as the cause. It means something else is causing the "issues".

When walking across the Windhelm Bridge, The Bridge's Objects, Landscape and Distant Landscape constantly vanish and reappear. I'm not good at explaining but that's the best I can explain. It is or is similar to the issue people have went to you about regarding Entrance Overhaul Windhelm. However this extends to out of Windhelm for me. Such as Falkreath. Only started having this issue after installing DYNDOLOD

This is caused by eFPS - Exterior FPS boost (Occ_Skyrim_Tamriel.esp).

This has nothing to do with DynDOLOD. Especially not when the DynDOLOD output is removed from the load order. You already ruled out DynDOLOD as the possible cause yourself by removing its output. When ruling something out in troubleshooting, move on to the next possible culprit. This is how the process of elimination works.

I've finished building my Open Cities DynDOLOD, exactly as instructed no problem generating it. However, when I opened Whiterun Gate, it shows a blank LOD. And after I take like 5 steps closer it shows everything inside Whiterun. I assume it has something to do with xLODGen. Should I/should I not generate xLODGen with open cities.esp activated?

What rudimentary troubleshooting have you done that makes you believe this has anything to do with LOD generation?

This is not a problem with LOD or its generation. This is a problem caused by occlusion planes/boxes, like from the mod eFPS without required patches.
