Icy-Collisions fixes major issues with player/NPCs clipping extremely into snow/ice objects when walking on it especially the bigger the object is.
Covered: Solstheim, Tamriel and Forgotten Vale.

Installation: easy, it's just a bunch of meshes. Pick the 'IcyCollisionsVanilla' main file. Overwrite ELFX, Fixed Mesh Lighting and Unofficial Material Fix.

Note: I just installed it, I can't tell how good it is yet. It looks good on paper, and I like that it includes FML changes.
