Disable SunDirection

I must be blind but I see no setting to Disable Sun Direction. https://www.loverslab.com/topic/162508-weird-shadow-bug-causing-the-lighting-to-cut-in-and-out/#comment-3632990 Someone describes it here but I don't see the setting.

I believe that the latest SSE Engine Fixes may fix this issue, but I never tested. At any rate, ensure that Sun-Shadow Transitions is unchecked in the Detail tab under Shadows.
