Regarding the recommendations/ INI file edits for the mod: The lines 'bChristineSkills=1' and 'bMissingDMReturnOptions=1' are no longer part of the INI. Both options are moved to another mod, 'Essential DLC Enhancements Merged' (see changelog).

The most recent update removes (among other things) the 'Restoring Hope' quest morale fix and the related option in the ini file. My recommendation would be to use the mod and its ini file settings as set by the author without further editing.
