SKYRIMSE Shimmering/Flickering Shadows And Textures

Hi people, i ran into the visual problem with textures/shadows flickering, it includes all plants and some of the places and textures, this happens also when i disable all the mods and ENB Rudy which i am using so it's not a mod problem. I also tried the BethINI tweaks but still no change, Here is a video with whats happening.

I think the stars only do that with the ENB feature that adds twinkling stars.

 

You are looking too closely at faraway objects. The only way to lessen this is to enable the old Skyrim method of detaching shadows from the sun, and that can cause worse issues.

This stuff happenes without the mods too. :/
