FNIS Problems with Fores New Idles

I am really struggling with the FNIS part of,  https://wiki.step-project.com/Fores_New_Idles_in_Skyrim_SE#Recommendations

I guess I am just not understanding it. I dont see " [Add as Executable]."

And thereby I can't  do the step.  "Generating Animation Files"

Never mind I think I got it working a different way. :)
