DynDOLOD not recognizing papyrusUtil “papyrusUtil is required error message?

Question

I AM PULLING MY HAIR OUT.

I have all of the requirements and run DynDOLOD following gamer poets video however I am still getting “papyrusUtil is requiredâ€.

I have papyrus installed as well as the latest SKSE. Installing the data folder with MO2 but I am still getting this pop up.

Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong/why DynDOLOD is not recognizing that I have papyrus installed?

FAQ: Game: DynDOLOD requires PapyrusUtil

A: If the intention is to use DynDOLOD DLL, make sure the papyrus scripts from DynDOLOD DLL overwrite the papyrus scripts from DynDOLOD Resources.

A: PapyrusUtil is not installed, outdated or not running at all.

A: Make sure you have the correct PapyrusUtil version for the current Skyrim and SKSE versions that is used and none of its files are overwritten by other mods.

A: Check the c:\Users\[username]\Documents\My Games\[skyrim|Skyrim Special Edition|Skyrim VR]\SKSE\[skse|skse64].log that the PapyrusUtil DLL was loaded correctly.

DynDOLOD DLL for Skyrim, Skyrim Special Edition, Skyrim Anniversary Edition and Skyrim VR
So far all versions of DynDOLOD use the SKSE plugin PapyrusUtil for the optional dynamic LOD in the game. Starting with version 2.45 there is now the alternative DynDOLOD DLL available.
The current DLL version is 2.45. It works with dynamic LOD generated by DynDOLOD Standalone 2.45 and newer.
Read the ..DynDOLOD\Docs\DynDOLOD_DLL.html included in DynDOLOD Standalone for an explanation about DynDOLOD DLL, installation instructions (overwrite papyrus scripts of DynDOLOD Resources) and how it works.
If there are problems with it, check DynDOLOD_DLL.html and the DynDOLOD FAQ first before posting.
If a DynDOLOD.DLL version is required for a game version that is not listed below, request it in this thread. First, search this thread if it has been requested already, though. The future will tell how long it takes to release updates.
Typically a new DynDOLOD.DLL is required for each new game version, but not each new SKSE version. For example a DynDOLOD.DLL compiled with SKSE64 2.0.9 also works with SKSE64 2.0.10 for the same game version.

Hello, I'm using Sovngarde, Nordic UI (without dialogue options) together with Dialogue Interface ReShaped and I found a strange behavior between general and dialogue subtitles.
      As you can see here:
          1) When there is only one line of subtitles: General and Dialogue. It can be seen that two subtitles doesn't match with each other. After checking I found that for General subtitles, one-line subtitles will be put on Subtitle Line 2; while for Dialogue, it will be put on Subtitle Line 1. So when entering or exiting conversation, one-line subtitles will jump from one position to another.
          2) When there is two lines of subtitles: General and Dialogue. Oddly the problem does not happen with two-line subtitles, both start from Subtitle Line 1 and their positions are matched with each other.
Beforehand, I have made some edits in attempt to match those two subtitles font size:
For Nordic UI I changed subtitle scale to 0.9 without changing the position. I believe this only affects general subtitle only.
For Dialogue Interface ReShaped, I change the font of dialogue subtitle in dialoguemenu.swf from 22 to 18.
The result was great. Now General and Dialogue has the same font size, the only issue is the problem I mentioned above. I have tested on both vanilla and using dialogue menu from Nordic UI but it seems that general and dialogue subtitles use two different font sizes and position settings. I checked the fontconfig.ini to see if there is any font overwriting but there is none. I also have read the Guide:UnderstandingFonts by Kesta and searched the forum but I found no record or mention of this issue. (I'm really sorry if I miss one)
Is there any way I put one-line general subtitles on Subtitle Line 1 or conversely, dialogue on Line 2 to match those subtitles? Is this a problem of Skyrim itself or it has something to do with my mods? These are the only mods from my mod list that could edit/adjust fonts and subtitles directly:
      Sovngarde
      NORDIC UI
      SkyHUD
      Dialogue Interface ReShaped
      Thank you!
