Vortex installer is asking for a non-existent .esp

Hello.

I am wondering if it is safe to just rename the Elemental_Staffs.esp of the http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/15152 mod to Elemental Staves.esp since that is the .esp that the installer is asking for?
