Couple Questions

First, wanted to say thanks for the guide. It has helped me immensely. 

 

I had a couple questions regarding 2 mods in the guide. LOOT is giving a deleted navmesh warning for the Updated Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch. Should the mod be cleaned? People have been asking on the Nexus page but obviously that mod has been abandoned in favour of TTW, so I was curous if anybody here had any advice.

 

Also, FO3Edit is showing that Bau Pet Supplies needs cleaning. It hasn't been mentioned in the STEP guide however, and LOOT doesn't suggest it either, so are these necessary dirty edits or has it just not been reported before?

EDIT: Forgot to mention the mod author of Bau has closed their account on the Nexus, so I can't ask on the mod page.
