I apologize for not immediately answering your recommendations and questions. I have generated DynDOLOD many times for a new game, and for pure preservation, and with a library, and with just papyrus - there are always errors in  "DynDOLOD_Tamriel.json":

Upload the complete json file that you believe has problems.

Upload the entire DynDOLOD log of the generation that you believe created the problematic json files.

The list has to be incomplete for it to have trailing comma.

Is there a bugreport.txt in the same folder as the DynDOLOD.exe? If so upload that, please.

If there is no bugreport.txt, upload DynDOLOD_Output\skse\plugins\DynDOLOD_Data\DynDOLOD_Tamriel.txt

Hello. I'm trying to generate Tree LOD for Fabled Forests. I have gone through this process multiple time in the past for SFO without problems.  I ran LODGen to generate terrain successfully. I then ran texgen in an attempt to create billboards, but no billboards were created for trees. If I remember correctly, there was at one point an option in LODGen to create Tree LOD as objects, but I did not see it in the current tool. Is that option gone? I'm currently using some LOD someone posted on the nexus, but it's too bright and looks very artificial, especially the birch trees. Is there still a way to generate tree LOD without billboards? I would like to do that if possible. Otherwise, what would be the reason no billboards are generated?

This is the DynDOLOD 2.x thread. Its TexGen version does not generate billboards. Billboards are required to generate tree LOD. They are also required for ultra tree LOD, e.g. LOD for trees done in object LOD.

Use DynDOLOD 3 Alpha. Its TexGen version generates billboards for the current load order.

Hello ! First time I come here. Never had any problem with DynDOLOD before, but, as I'm back to skyrim after a long pause, here's the error I encounter with DynDOLOD:

If I'm not mistaking, the problem seems to come from the DragonBorn DLC, but I can't see why there would be a master error with it.

See first post and/or the description of Dynamic Distant Objects LOD - DynDOLOD:
DynDOLOD 2.x will not work with game plugins version 1.71 or higher used by runtime version 1.6.1130 or higher. Use DynDOLOD 3 Alpha instead.

Hey, First, thank you for your swift answer. Okay, I'll try DynDOLOD 3, but, my version was working fine until two days ago. I then figured a mod broke the lod generation, but even returning vanilla the previous working version of my mod folder, I coudn't generate lods anymore.
Going to test on Dyn 3 !
