Trees animate too much


I just reinstall a vanilla skyrim and tweaking the inis and I notice the trees branches vibrate too much, much like the pic in the step wiki, any way to make it more natural? I have fps cap at 60 with nvidia inspector.

      The updated version is significantly better than the original. I know the author quite well.

      So I'm not sure if this is the "too many light sources" issue or if it's an issue with ENB  or something else but some of my trees shadows are popping in and out of existence at weird times. Pic 1 https://imgur.com/JrhmCOH no shadows/light shadows. Pic 2 https://imgur.com/hjMgst7 shadows/extra dark shadows. I thought HQ Bark pine tree meshes were causing issues but after uninstalling that there is no difference. (Regenerated texgen and lod) Using ENB Binaries .466 with Silent Horzions ENB for CW. This isn't just in this spot but I've noticed the pine trees are especially buggy. Other trees seem to be ok going to do some more testing.

      Hello Everyone, I'm currently having an issue where my tree(s) mods wont generate billboards and/or lods. I use a tree mixture of Happy Little Trees (this mod has billboards and thus works) BlubboPines (not too sure if it has billboards and thus lods working) and Jedi Trees (Billboards AND Lod don't work. I have a billboard mod for Jedi Trees but no luck and when generating I create the billboards with TexGen and then run Ultra LOD in DynDOLOD setting LOD8 to Billboard4 in Tree Mesh Rules but alas, no luck. I've generating multiple times with no luck and I'm wondering if I have done something wrong or missed a setp? Any help would be appreciated. Much Thanks
