NSutR RRRE Patch

I have been following Neovalen's guide up to the point where it is instructed to install No Snow Under the Roof. At that point, Neovalen links a patch for Realistic Room Rental Enhanced. However, when I click on this link, it is dead. I cannot find a mirror of said patch anywhere. Indeed, all of Neovalen's Dropbox links are dead, but up to this point I had them saved. Unfortunately, I do not have this patch saved. What should I do?

Sorry to bump a year old thread but I am in the process of modding Skyrim again following Neovalen's timeless guide which is still relevant today and I am also looking for this patch. It may not help the original thread starter anymore sadly but it would be a big help to me.

Well... not to sound like a jerk or anything, but if all of Neo's links are dead, and he hasn't said a word on this in a long time... finding another guide or creating your own CR patch would seem the only two viable alternatives.
