Dillweed Posted February 6, 2017 Posted February 6, 2017 Hello, Total newb to modding, but looking for help. I've followed the wiki for modding, but I'm getting weird textures on people that have cast spells. What can I do to fix that or where have I gone wrong? All help is appreciated. Thanks!
0 TechAngel85 Posted February 6, 2017 Posted February 6, 2017 Looks like you have an effect that is stuck.
0 Nozzer66 Posted February 6, 2017 Posted February 6, 2017 Looks like it. You might try reading here: https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/872861-tutorial-removing-unwanted-magic-effects-from-the-player/ I know this is for the player but whether it might help?
0 TechAngel85 Posted February 6, 2017 Posted February 6, 2017 You can try to disable or reset Burn Freeze Shocks Effects.
0 baronaatista Posted February 7, 2017 Posted February 7, 2017 There's not a lot of info on that top post - are we sure these textures are stuck? Isn't it possible our friend here just doesn't know about the changes to the alteration skin spells from.... CRF I think? He did say 'who have cast spells' and not spell casters/magic users.
0 Dillweed Posted February 7, 2017 Author Posted February 7, 2017 Sorry, it was a quick post. So is this the normal texture for those when an alteration skin spell is cast?
0 TechAngel85 Posted February 7, 2017 Posted February 7, 2017 It's a normal look for a spell cast on yourself, that much I can say.
0 remlnx Posted February 7, 2017 Posted February 7, 2017 That's how the game show you have a "cloak" spell on you. Perfectly normal nothing weird happening. If you are a spellcaster you have to live with that. I'm not aware of any addon that hide it. Sent from my Huawei Mate 9
