So i wanted to download MO installer from skyrim nexus and i got this warning from my norton 360.

WS.Malware.1

A file flagged by this detection name is deemed by Symantec to be an unclassified malicious threat and is therefore blocked from accessing the computer.

Anyone knows what is going on ?

Follow my advice in the thread you started in Nexus and disregard the false flag. I also advise you to not follow @Purr4me's advice and choose an earlier version. Stick with 1.3.11 as it is the most stable.

My comment about Baidu can also be applied to Norton. In my experience Norton AV tools have been more of a hindrance than a help. Any family/friend computer that gets bought with Norton pre-installed I wipe it from that system as soon as possible.

Totally agree with Grant.

Norton is more harm than help and well known to be paranoid and spam with fake positives.

 

Just remove it and install Avira (free) that is even better than paid AV.
