I just finished modding my skyrim and overall im happy with my load order. However for some reason a few of my mods (including DynDOLOD, subsurface scattering patch, Wyrmstooth etc.) where added to a folder called "DynDOLOD Output" in the left pane of Mod Organizer. I've attached a picture here. Why is this and how can i fix it? Could this be because i migrated from Mod Organizer beta (2.0) to the one on the nexus (1.3.7). I had to do this because FNIS wasnt working correctly so i grabbed all the folders from my 2.0 installation (downloads, mods, webcache, etc) and put them into my 1.3.7 folder. The game runs fine and mods inside the folder still work (game says, Dyndolod initialized correctly). Thanks for the help.
