Apologizes for necroing this, but what would any of you recommend for elves/Dunmer? Ethereal Elven Overhaul was good for a while but it feels like it needs an update along with all the patches it needs.

I'm still using EEO without issues, and with the old patches.

It just needs a bit of forwarding records in Tes5Edit if you use Bring Out Your Dead.
