Hot Keyed Wearable Lanterns spawns a... small carpet?

I recently noticed a small carpet spawn outside of my Lakeview Manor, right where you land when you map travel in. I couldn't figure out where it came from or which mod caused it. Then today, when I was in a dungeon, my cat decided to walk accross my keyboard... and two more spawned. 

 

I say there pressing buttons until I got another to spawn. My "2" key spawned it. This is where I have my Travel Lantern from Wearable Lanterns hotkeyed. I tried changing the lantern hot key to 4, and 4 started to spawn small carpets. 

 

What is causing this? I have attached a picture, and included my LOOT load order. I started with STEP Extended and added some mods.

 

I would like to eliminate this, or make it spawn something useful, like chickens. Also I would like to remove the ones I dropped. They are not selectable.
