AMD CCC Guide Out Of Date?

So AMD has updated there software, but the guide is not up-to-date. Its not a huge problem (its still generally follow-able) but it would be nice too see a updated version of the guide.

I don't think so. The latest software is not Catalyst, so the only AMD guide I am seeing is still the CCC guide. It is still almost 100% accurate in defining the settings, but the interface in the images is no longer accurate. I will see about updating it in the near future.

 

EDIT: OK, I found it ... Radeon Settings Guide ... I will pitch in and help out to align it with the previous guide and the STEP guide.

For many AMD card users the gaming profiles in Crimson for dx9 games do not initialize when the game starts. Specifically for myself and two of my clients the AMD "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" gaming profile never loads. The only work around I know of is to set everything in the Global profile. All three of us are using HD7970/R290 variants and this maybe specific to that family of GPUs, but I've seen enough complaints on the AMD forums and elsewhere that I doubt it. This is the case whether the game is launched from Steam, through MO or using SKSE.
