Only eyes and sky visible

Hello everyone,

 

I just completed my SRLE setup and launched the game to do the MCM configuration. Unfortunately I came across a problem which is making my game unplayable, so I need to fix this first before I can even play because the only thing that is visible are the eyes of my character and the sky.

 

How do I fix this?

EDIT:

 

For some reason my AA and AF were enabled in the Skyrim launcher, disabling them fixed my issue. Pretty weird since I disabled them prior to installing the mods..

 

Anyway, lets hope this baby runs a bit smooth (:
