I have recently gotten a fresh install of Skyrim and I have followed the STEP instructions, however I noticed that during either the bashed patching process, or one of the patching processes turned off many of the plugins that have been installed. It says to only turn on WM trap fixes, however when I first started up Skyrim after finishing STEP, It seemed like many of the mods werent on, and many of the changes hadnt taken place.
My question is, after finishing STEP should I have the majority of the plugins off like it is? or should I be re applying plugins? Should I archive them?

Hello,
I have recently gotten a fresh install of Skyrim and I have followed the STEP instructions, however I noticed that during either the bashed patching process, or one of the patching processes turned off many of the plugins that have been installed. My question is, after finishing STEP should I have the majority of the plugins off like it is? or should I be re applying plugins? Should I archive them?
Thank you, I am new to modding
