  1. @ Scythiss Not yet but I haven't been there to be fair. I've been from Imperial city down the road all the way to Anvil (including up to pre-oblivion invasion Kvatch) and then back through around the Imperial Isle and up to Cheydinhall (messing around following the Fighters Guild Quests). I will do a run down there to see if I get the crashes you were experiencing. I have definitely done something wrong somewhere though. Around Skingrad I had a few wonderful floating tree tops with no trunks. One at Anvil too come to think of it. Almost tempted to reinstall from scratch again but I'll keep testing this one for now. No point going too reinstall crazy at this point. I'll have a look at Maskars Oblivion Overhaul too, though obviously not to put in my current build!   2. @ Scythiss - Yeah Enboost is the one I'm using, the recommended one from here: https://forum.step-project.com/topic/8681-mythic-dawn-2015-update-discussion-changelog/ The CTD & Memory patch one. @hishutup - Well I really like OOO. The idea of everything leveling with me always caused me to struggle with the game and this fixes it, brilliantly in my opinion. I do wonder however if the whole FCOM package is just a lil too much in terms of causing instability within the game itself though. Don't get me wrong I love the idea of it but it seems with the way the mods tend to interact it can cause more issues than is worthwhile for what you get out of it. Just my thoughts anyway. Also welcome back and thank you once again for all the amazing work you have done with this :)
  3. Further Updates: I've installed the ENB and that seems to have helped with the crashing. I've been wandering around Anvil going in and out of places and questing for quite a while now with no more crashes. More 'testing' (by which I mean playing the game and having fun lol) to come though. Side question though: Because there is no DLC popups how does one get the DLC quests (frostcrag etc) to start? I'm guessing one of the mods causes these to happen as you play through the game further/level up? Also is there any way to just 'wait' or can you only rest in a bed now? At the moment most of the quests I have revolve around waiting till late at night and not being able to just pass a few hours is quite the pain.
  4. I managed to find what I think was the cause of the crash between Gottshaw & Brina Cross Inn. After much googling it seems that MMM More Wilderness Wildlife - No Gates was the issue. I removed that and rebashed my patch and have managed to walk around that area without issues. Now however whenever I try to enter Anvil I crash. Any gate. Seriously Oblivion why do you hate me so much! Edit: I fast travelled to the other side of the map, then quit, reloaded my original save and now I can get in and out of Anvil fine. Might just have to be a trick to use every once in a while to clear out bad data?
  5. Ok so going back into it tonight I'm still getting some crashes, but not the same 'ones' Last night if I tried to leave Anvil by the gates I crashed every time. This time I was able to exit fine but when I tried to fast travel to the Gottshaw in it crashed, but when I quit the game and loaded a save at the inn straight it worked fine. I almost wonder if there is too much in the 'Gold Coast' area and it is crashing due to RAM limitations. It shouldn't be to be fair because it's patched with the 4GB patch. Either that or it is depending on how it loads in the assets each time and depending on that order it either works or dies a violent and sudden death?
  6. Also Scythiss did you ever manage to sort out your random crashing between areas issue? I'm having a nightmare of a time between Anvil & Kvatch. Every time I attempt to enter the Gottshaw Inn as well it instacrashes.
  7. Hi Team. Game is running as beautifully as can be expected with oblivion, just discovered a curveball though. If I press "G" it crashes the game. Instantly and is repeatable. Any idea what mod uses the "G" key in here? Aside from the DR and Midas magic I'm pretty much running the stock build based off the guide. I haven't set "G" to anything with Deadly Reflexes so it shouldn't be that. (PS Yes I know the obvious answer is "Don't push 'G'." But I am curious.) Also how do you wait in this pack? If I press "T" it just tells me i need to be in a bed to rest. Is there no way to just 'wait' for like a store to open etc?   9. Hi Team. Sorry me again. So I've gone through and done the whole reinstall from scratch thing...which was fun. Now I get a Crash to desktop pretty much whenever I change cells, mainly exterior, or if I try to say fast travel to the Market District. As far as I can tell I've followed all the instructions to the letter. The only thing I can't do is: Master = { bManageFPS = 0 bReplaceHeap = 1 bFastExit = 0 If I set bReplaceHeap to 1 then my game crashes on launch without fail. Load order below, it's sorted through BOSS so technically should be right o.O Apologies for being a pain. I would just really love to get this to work!   10. Hi Team. Thanks for all the words of wisdom. I ended up starting from scratch because Oblivion was on special on Steam and I've never been able to play the Fighter's Stronghold DLC lol. I found the issue. There is an INI edit that needs to be done in "OblivionReloadedEsp.ini" in the INI folder: ; Enables/disables the stay on target when combat (target is tracked from the first hit until the combat is finished or if you press the "Grab" key)set ORLoaderQuest.StayOnTarget to 1 needs to be changed to 0. (To be fair who is going to try the grab key in that situation when you have no idea what's happening... ) I do acknowledge if had read through the mods description somewhere I probably would've known this from the start, but when you are following a guide like this you just tend to follow the instructions and hope it works out right at the end. Respectfully request this be added to the guide as it's just cost me about 20 hours of installing time that I'm now about to redo from scratch. At least I'll have the motivation to play it for ages now to make it worth it! Thanks for the help team.
  11. That was my thought as well, but I've tried removing Deadly Reflex and the issue still occurs. To clarify with that by the way its DR V5 with the hotfix, not DR 6 (looked far too complicated to install!!)
  12. Hi Team. First off thanks for the amazing guide. It's been a mission to go through (taken me most of my off time during the week!) but the game is looking amazing!!! I have however encountered a particularly odd issues that I'm hoping you can help me with. As soon as I get into any kind of combat my view locks onto my opponent and I cannot look at anything else until either he dies or I die.
