Skyrim Revisited Pre-Release Feedback

Yep, I am aware and updating my own copy. Been distracted with real life, battlefront beta, and witcher 3 massive patch. :) -
Dynamic Distant Objects LOD - pre 2.xx
Neovalen replied to sheson's question in DynDOLOD & xLODGen Support
Possibly a dumb question but did you clear your cache from the previous run before starting a new one with the additions? -
Mine was working fine up until I upgraded to the new version. Also, the update re-balanced items / levels in new game plus, so any stat / combat overhauls will likely need major revisions due to that. Big patch is big and all that.

My current file size of Mod Organizer folder is: 46.6 GB (50,125,430,784 bytes) Granted I have in testing mods such as Skyrim HD on my drive right now so that shaves a few gigs right there. -
Here is the thread. Most people appear to be having issues due to 1) having mods installed, 2) Problem with a DLC (they merged them into one instead of 16 this patch) including New Game + game mode. I personally did a clean install and had no issues loading my game/saves besides a slight graphical glitch with the settings menu "Low Medium High Ultra" being corrupted. Mileage may vary of course. I have not re-installed ANY mods until they are updated specifically for this release. Graphic icons in alchemy menu and oils etc have changed, therefore ANY mods using those icons such as better icons enhanced or such will need to be updated.

Interesting. Not much else to say. I have no horse in this race personally. -

Yes, textures and meshes only is generally safe unless there is a ctd causing mesh error. Some esp changes are also safe but have to be careful. Script changes are the most dangerous. -

What I was saying is the final result should have two plugins. BetterQuestObjectives.esp + BetterQuestObjectives-Patches.esp (Total 2 plugins post-merge) 1. Generally speaking, once you start a game you intend to keep for a long time you should stop updating unless there is a killer feature or fix you wish to obtain. Updating mid-game is at your own risk per the mod authors instructions on if it is safe to do so. If you have multiple profiles with multiple SR Conflict Resolutions keep the separated in MO. 2. As far as the change log / revision history is concerned, I really only concern myself with items that require a totally new game (i.e. CACO) and take the time to list that if it is indeed a requirement from the mod author. 3. I don't intend to personally begin another semi-serious play through until after Frostfall 3.0 / Last Seed are released (late Novermber timeframe). -

Wow something funky is going on, never seen anything like that personally. Perhaps FNIS out of date? -

Actually, you are correct that dagger style 2 is now ankles (it used to be back in previous XPMS versions) so I will fix that. HOWEVER, the animations flawlessly transition to ankle draw thanks to XPMS too. ;) Deflection ftw. -
Metric ton of battlefront content released today from a game changers event about a month ago. Beta opens in 3 days, can't wait. A good playlist of informative videos: Only thing I'm iffy about is the Hero gameplay. It also appears that survival mode isn't as intense as it was in Alpha (could be non-scaled difficulty in beta). TES5Edit - Which record types DON'T need conflict patches
Neovalen replied to keithinhanoi's topic in xEdit
I don't think anything would break in spectacular fashion, perhaps just having one of them stand around a bit more than usual (because one of the NPCs is blocked from using the chair).- 69 replies

Installing as BAIN is whats expected, MO did not ask before. :) Unfortunately, I'm afraid I do not have it to provide. Perhaps another user could help you with this. On another note, ASIS finally updated. No longer a need to use the workaround for USKP (yay!). -

More play testing today, will need to create some patches for Bathing in Skyrim / CACO for the soap recipes. Also need to figure out whats going on in regards to iNeed and CACO interaction for waterskins (it seems inverted). -
I'm a battlefield fan (400+ hours), so personally I'm pumped for it. :) Really hope they get it done right.

There are single player games in the pipeline with the same engine, this is merely the first in a stream of Star Wars games. Here is the link for the few sparse details known. https://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Untitled_Visceral_Games_project

Yes, because of conflicts with cure disease potions among other things. It looks like Kry was gonna add disease later anyway.
