@z, I already did they should be up now. I already 'fixed' according to roots' post, so go ahead and revise if you want ... I checked overwrites, and Bugs should not overwrite if users install according to our recommendations ... Bellyache's should not be replacing any bug textures ... ?Not sure what you are looking at but the default replacer option for Bellyache's has 5 dragonfly textures. 101 Bugs should overwrite those for Extended users. Do you even have Extended installed? They are better textures, but 101 isn't core because it adds lots of spawns and bugs.

DROPPED Audio Overhaul for Skyrim - Patches (by michaelrw)
EssArrBee replied to Spock's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
They weren't missing, the propagation list shows empty slots when we use redirects from the old name to the new. I changed the names from Audio Overhaul to Audio Overhaul for Skyrim. The AOS patches are for the DLC. It is a replacer for the main mod's AOS.esp. There are a ton of other patches on the page, but I merged those to the STEP Patches. Those patches are listed on the STEP Patches wiki page. I will probably have to add something for non-patch user on some of the mod pages. -
The problem is that the vanilla coin is not very good. MO now has a texture viewer in the data tab. It's textures->clutter->coin01.dds & coin01_n.dds.

Guys, I may have made a boo boo. I forgot to sort the masters for the patches because I always forget to sort them. Might be a problem for any using a Skyproc mod. The patcher can have issues otherwise it's fine as it is, won't cause crashes or anything.

Removed from mod testing. The Memory Patch 3.0 would be picked up in place of this anyways.

DROPPED Cultist Mask Decapitation Fix (by pauderek)

I've both checked it out with our mod list and with the upcoming UDGP changes and it is not in conflict or existing in an unofficial patch. -

ACCEPTED Static Mesh Improvement Mod - SMIM (by Brumbek)
EssArrBee replied to z929669's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Brumbek is about to update the FULL version and has removed the no sails version of 1.62b. You are going to have to wait for the next version and it will be an option in the installer. Sorry, but Brumbek tends to put out lots of updates at very quickly and it can be hard to keep our wiki up to date with his updates coming so fast and without notice. You can install 1.62d in place of the STEP recommended version and then for the next update get the no sails version in the FULL version installer. It will not break your game in any way. -
With STEP 2.2.8 Released we are moving closer to our STEP Packs being official parts of STEP. We need to standardized a few things in regards to patching your packs. Things Authors should be aware of: Your patch(es) needs to be named accordinglyFollow this nomenclature: STEP Pack-<Pack Name or Abbreviation> Patch.espUse the acronym if you have one. i.e VEGA Core: Vanilla Enhanced Gameplay Alternative-> STEP Pack-VEGA Core Patch.esp NOT STEP Pack-VEGA Core: Vanilla Enhanced Gameplay Alternative Patch.espDo not add in any other symbols like colons, Skyrim cannot read them. You must NOT distribute your patch(es) outside of official STEP channelsPlease use the STEP Forums or Wiki to upload your patches. We now are getting permission from authors to merge their plugins in to STEP Patches, so do not distribute your patches other places. There will be wiki pages to assist you in the creation of your patchThose pages are currently being made, and if you have any suggestions and concerned post them in this thread.EssArrBee maintains the patches currently, so he can assist in any way.The STEP Patches cannot be copied into other patches without the STEP patch being a dependency.?Use the STEP Patch as your pack's patch and just rename it after you are done making changes.A good idea would be to make a copy of your STEP Patches to have handy in case you screw up. (I have done this many times. You may need to make a wiki page for your patchIf you add the patch a mod in your pack's mod list then it needs to have a page. You can also upload the patch as file there which will take care of distributing your patch correctly. There is a Github site with the latest versions of the patcheshttps://github.com/EssArrBee/STEP-PatchesYou can fork off this project for your own if you know how, doubt you need to do anything other than keep up to date with the latest version of the patch.Wiki Sites: (coming soon) Basics of creating a patch: https://wiki.step-project.com/STEP_Patches_for_PacksRemoving dependencies: Coming soon, not enough hours in the day. If only we didn't have to sleep. Which the scientific community is quite baffled by actually. The leading sleep researcher from Stanford, William Dement, has said after 50 years of research, that the only reason we do it is because we get sleepy.

S.T.E.P. Core + More - getting CTD (All logs, load order, etc attached)
EssArrBee replied to diznanl's question in General Skyrim LE Support
Yes, you can get Borderless window by going to the Skyrim/enbloca.ini. Open that up and find the [WINDOW] section and change both lines to true. I believe that you need to then open the INI editor in MO and under [Display] find these three lines: bFull Screen=0 Â <- has to be '0'iSize H= Â Â Â Â Â Â <- enter resolution on these linesiSize W=Safety Load is included in the SSME stuff I believe so you don't have to worry, just uninstall it. -

SSME with ENBoost is good combo for some people's super corrupted saves. Make sure that you check out the directions to ENBoost on the STEP guide, we just updated to 2.2.8 this morning, and ENBoost is in section 2.B or 2.C (I forget), but is has a quick way to get it installed. Get SSME from the nexus page and make sure to follow the directions of the author Queue, that guy knows his stuff. Skyrim Performance monitor is good to check if you are hitting the 3.1GB RAM limit or if you are running out of VRAM. -
Assets (textures) get (sometimes) corrupted when installing mods
EssArrBee replied to wolverine2710's question in Mod Organizer Support
Hmm... that's pretty weird that you have data corruption. I usually just have bad files because the Nexus downloads suck, but MO doesn't even let me install those. Maybe it's time to get a new drive... hope that's not the issue though. -

EssArrBee replied to diznanl's question in General Skyrim LE Support
The last log entry is 14 minutes after it opened so I'm guessing you have a different crash, to be honest papyrus is usually a mess and can't handle everything. There is a lot of missing files at the beginning of your logs, so I'm guessing that you have been installing and uninstalling mods along the way with your current saves. Skyrim is so fickle that it really causes issues when you do that. One piece of advice that helped me was to get my mod list the way I want, then don't touch it for that character. You can just break to much stuff. -
I'll see if I can get some 1080 screens off my tv, but Steam Big Picture and Skyrim don't mesh well on HDMI for some reason. Skyrim doesn't pick up the over/underscan on my TV.

I removed the SoS Patch directions from the Patches page. It is just not compatible enough with STEP anymore to even support it's use. Structure the archive like this: 00 Core Patch (ONLY Choose One)01 Extended Patch (ONLY Choose One)Readme.txtThat would produce the best results.
-
How about also dropping the SOS patch since those mods are not in STEP anymore. You can no longer use that patch along with STEP Core and I do provide support for that patch since it would basically be a SOS-AOS-USKP patch, which pretty much exists on the AOS patches page. I'm going to removing that patch from the Github page soon, since it cannot work with STEP unless users are installing legacy version for some reason. Lets distribute the to patches in WB style and make the two folders 00 Core Patch (ONLY Choose One) and 01 Extended Patch (ONLY Choose One). This will help immensely as so many people just browse right over the ten places it says to only choose one patch. If we put it in the install screen then that would cut that number down drastically. EDIT: Should add DoubleYou to the credits too!
