Delete or not? LOOT notice question

Ok thanks -
I'm all finished the guide (thank you) and everything seems to be in working order. I remember it being mentioned to ignore LOOT notifications to patch or delete any files that were included as part of the guide that any issues will have already been addressed, so I have this notification "Delete. Already included or otherwise fixed in USSEP" for the file GQJ_DG_vampireamuletfix.esp. Should I actually delete this file or leave it alone?
